DCC is seeking a full time independent broker to help our merchant customers use our innovative services and products.

Responsibilities:

Prospecting, self sourcing of business opportunities through networking, cold calling and other lead generation activities
Develop proposals and presentations that meet the needs of prospects
Negotiate pricing and ensure pricing meets clients goals
Timely and accurate completion of reports and account transition for seamless client experience
Complete detailed new account submissions
Establish and maintain subject matter expertise in credit and debit card industry
Conduct business with highest degree of integrity and respect

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent business experience
5 years experience in strategic selling that involved consultation and business writing
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Excellent communication skills and networking abilities
Strong business and analytical skills to assess client needs and return on investment
Self starter with high level of initiative
High organizational skills and time management
Strong negotiation skills
Strong client relationship skills and client retention
