The recently unveiled program has already been recognized for the potential to benefit both the Non-profit organizations and businesses that wish to support them.
Non-profit organizations can save on the donations they receive using the Virtual Merchant platform as well as Point of Sale (POS) Terminals if required.
With the program, Non-Profit organizations and businesses that support their causes can join forces to raise much needed funding to continue their valuable work in their respective communities. Debit Credit Canada has committed up to $3 million over the next 5 years for the program. The more the supporting businesses use Debit Credit Canada's services to save money on their debit and credit card processing fees and using Point of Sale (POS ) terminals, the more funds will be available to their designated Non-Profit organization.
